Garlic Plum

Potato Salad - Add some mustard and dill to dressing and whip with a few cooked potato pieces to make a creamy sauce and pour over potato salad.
Pasta Salad -Cook your favorite pasta noodles, drain and cool. Toss with your favorite ingredients and Garlic Plum dressing.
Baked Chicken -Use fryer, cut into pieces and clean. Place chicken into pan or clay pot and surround with potatoes, carrots, zucchini chunks or any other favorite veggies. Sprinkle with poultry herbs and pour dressing over top. Cook 350 until chicken is done, about 1.5 hours. Yum!

Sesame Ginger

Marinade - For chicken, beef, game or salmon soak 2-3 hours then grill.
Chinese Chicken Salad - Marinade chicken for several hours then grill, slice and arrange over fresh greens, cabbage, red onions, cucumbers, toss with sesame ginger dressing.
Peanut Chicken or Pork -Add some smooth peanut butter to the dressing along with some coconut milk, chile powder and garlic paste. Blend until smooth. Baste chicken or pork chunks on skewers and grill. Or, just use dressing to flavor your stir fry or to top rice.

Garlic Herb Feta

In pasta salads -Cook your favorite pasta noodles and add your favorite ingredients (olives, sundried tomatoes, artichoke hearts, mushrooms, bell peppers, broccoli etc.) Toss with dressing.
Greek Salad -Combine mesculin mix/gourmet salad greens and fresh tomatoes, sliced cucumbers, red onions, chunks of feta cheese then lightly toss with dressing.
In Caesar salad -Romaine lettuce, croutons, parmesan cheese, tossed with dressing.
On baked fish- combine 1 cup dressing with 1 cup milk (optional) plus 2 tablespoons of feta cheese. Mix ingredients together, pour over fish, bake uncovered at 400 until done. Or simply marinade fish 20-30 minutes in dressing and grill.
Croutons- cut fresh bread into cubes and toss with dressing. Bake at 350 on cookie sheet until crisp.

Raspberry

Spinach salad- gourmet salad greens topped with toasted walnuts, chunks of apples or pears. Add blue cheese for a little twist.
As an appetizer - Toast sliced baguettes topped with goat cheese and dressing
As a marinade for salmon -Marinate 3-4 hours then grill. Drizzle on top of salmon with dressing as serving.

Garlic Oil

Bread dipping -Add balsamic vinegar and a pinch of course salt on a shallow plate. Use fresh loaf of crusty French bread for dipping
Fresh pasta -Add balsamic or white wine vinegar with oregano, basil, and fresh parmesan cheese. Also nice is a bread dip or toss on fresh pasta.

Roasted Red Pepper-Garlic Oil

Bread dipping -Try adding cilantro and goat cheese or parmesan for dipping bread. Drizzle on sub sandwich. Or toss fresh pasta with oil, fresh red peppers, pinch of red pepper flakes and cooked sausage.
